We understand that dedicated, ongoing support is essential to helping you maximize your investment. Our Client support is available by telephone or email but we always recommend calling our office and speaking with a person to report your service or repair request. Rest assured, you can count on receiving knowledgeable help from our technicians and programmers with a high level of expertise. Over half of our technical staff has been employed here over 30 years.

Comtex employs 4 programmers and 4 technicians to service your system. Over half of our staff has been employed by the company for over 30 years. We promise you highly trained and factory certified technicians, excellent customer support and satisfaction, and emergency service.

We charge on a time and material basis or you can subscribe to a service contract.

ReMote Service/Maintenance:

From our East Rutherford, New Jersey facility, via modem, we are able to remotely access your Mitel or Samsung telephone system, to diagnose and correct certain system faults and problems as they arise. Remote access also enables us to perform tests on your equipment or make specific programming changes, such as station changes, toll restrictions, extension rerouting or updating Automatic Route Selection when telephone call rates change. This is a cost savings feature for our clients because Comtex can do the programming at our facility rather than make an on-site visit to your office.
