Unlike other vendors, we guarantee that there is always a live person to speak with during working hours; no calls being forwarded to a technician off site.

If you need service after working hours, our automated attendant will take your information, and reach out to the technician on call. Please leave a CELL number for your contact number, especially if your telephone system is down.

Non emergency service requests are responded to, no later than the next business day, thereby minimizing any service disruption. With our vast inventory warehoused on site at the Comtex Complex, we always have the replacement spare parts available to get your system up and running the same day.

We service and support Mitel and Samsung business telephone systems (even if discontinued by the manufacturer), surveillance systems and DSX access control systems.

You may pay for our services on a time and material basis or subscribe to a service contract. Your choice.
