I purchased a surveillance system from Comtex Inc. in Rutherford NJ. About one year ago to replace an old unit. The service is OUTSTANDING! When I got my “smart Phone” they helped me through the setup, saving me time and money, and they taught me things about the Smart Phone that I did not know!
Just a few days ago I change to FIOS, well the Verizon man knew nothing about opening ports, and getting my DVR working again. Cheryl, who is always so helpful and pleasant, knew who I needed to talk. I was up and running in a day viewing the DVR again, and was comfortable while traveling that the system would perform as well as it had before.
The entire staff goes out of their way to help you out. They are very knowledgeable, and friendly. I cannot image there being another company of this caliber, and affordability out there. I will be a loyal Comtex customer always, when you have the best, why change!
